  4. Ransom Red Rouge Valley

    Ransom Red Rouge Valley

    $25.94

    Size 750ML

Oregon's Rogue Valley is ripe for the reinterpretation of Bordeaux varietals, and this Cabernet Franc is true to both its heritage and the wild terroir of the Southern Cascades. The wine is a lustrous violet hue in the glass, offering vivid aromas of elderberry and Szechuan peppercorn. A juicy streak of acidity provides contrast and connection to the concentrated flavors of blackcurrant and pancetta and fine weathered stone tannins on the palate with a juicy streak of acidity. The finish persists with a savory vestige of wild huckleberry and alpine sage. Drink now or hold; we believe it will cellar elegantly for at least a decade. Learn More

  6. Angela Pinot Noir Oregon

    Angela Pinot Noir Oregon

    $31.94

    Size 750ML

The 2013 vintage was an interesting one for the Willamette Valley. Many vineyards had deluges of rain before harvest. Thankfully, that was not the case with our 2013 offering. The placement of the flagship vineyard, Angela Estate lies within the rain shadow and harvests rather early. Made by legendary winemaker, Ken Wright the wine exhibits all of the beautiful floral and spice elements we typically see from this site; rose petal, hibiscus, root beer and cherry cola, mouth-filling juicy red raspberry and a seamless white pepper finish. 2013 Angela is a little more juicy than the 2012 with delightful, floral and umami aromas. Angela vineyard was planted in 2006 on ancient marine sedimentary soils with Wadenswil, Dijon 777 & 115. Learn More
